Volunteering
We greatly value the involvement of our parent volunteers and the many ways they support our school community. To ensure the safety and well-being of all students, the following requirements must be completed before volunteering in any capacity that involves contact with children, including classroom assistance, field trip chaperoning, driving students, helping with hot lunch, and other school activities.
Required Volunteer Clearances:
- Field Trip Driver Form – Must be completed annually.
- Proof of Insurance – Please submit a copy of your auto insurance declaration page, including the vehicle expiration date.
- VIRTUS Online Training – Required every three years.
- Live Scan Fingerprinting – Required only once. Please bring the provided form to a local FedEx or other authorized location to have your fingerprints taken.
- TB Questionnaire – Must be completed every four years.
Please email all required forms and documentation to volunteer@stanselmschool.com
Service Hours
As parents at St. Anselm, you play an important role in helping us live out our mission to lead lives of purpose, faith, and service. Your involvement shows your children the value of giving back, strengthens our school community, and helps us put our Catholic values into action. Families are an essential part of what makes our St. Anselm community so vibrant, and we are so grateful for your partnership in helping our students lead lives of purpose, faith, and service.
Each year, we ask every family to contribute 30 service hours throughout the school year. Hours must be completed and recorded in the Track It Forward system by June 1 of the current school year.
