Application Process
New Families
- Register for one of our of our Fall 2025 tour dates by filling out an inquiry form.
- Join us for one of our Kindergarten Information Sessions!
- Submit an application together with a $150.00 application fee. Click here for an application.
- Once an online application has been submitted, Kindergarten applicants will be invited to an assessment/play day in the spring. Grade 1-8 applicants will be invited to spend a full day at St. Anselm for an assessment/shadow day.
- Admission decisions for applications submitted by the January 16th deadline will be sent out in early March.

Application Requirements Checklist
- Application, child’s photo, and application fee
- Parent/guardian tour
- Teacher recommendation form
- Copies of the child’s current and past year’s report card and standardized test scores
- Copy of the child’s Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Assessment (grades 1 – 8) or assessment/play day (kindergarten)
Requirements for Admission
- The teacher recommendation form shows evidence that the student is prepared to meet St. Anselm School’s academic and behavioral expectations. All new students are admitted upon probationary basis and remain on probation throughout the first trimester.
- The student’s records (report cards, standardized test scores) show that he/she has been attending school regularly, is in good academic standing, and has above-average conduct/effort and grades.
- Kindergarten students are five years of age by September 1 of their kindergarten year.
- First grade students are six years of age by September 1 of their first-grade year.
- Proof of immunization must be submitted prior to the beginning of the school year.
- Parents agree to actively support the school’s spiritual, academic, and behavior standards.
New student transfer fee
1st-4th grade: $1,000.00
5th-8th grade: $1,200.00
Note
Siblings of students in attendance and registered, participating members of the St. Anselm Parish are given priority consideration during the admissions process.
