Technology Mission and Philosophy Statement:

Philosophy:

St. Anselm School expects our students to be technologically and ethically responsible. In partnership with our parents, we empower our students to accept and understand the legal and moral implications related to technology use. We provide our students with opportunities to become critical thinkers, collaborative workers, and productive lifelong learners. This is realized in a safe and secure environment.

Mission:

St. Anselm’s technology plan and program are developed in alignment with our school's mission statement. We are committed to providing a robust and ethically based technology program.

Teachers by grade level cluster have access to hardware/software for instructional delivery, and students have access at these grade levels to hardware/software for student learning activities and assessment:

  • 1:1 iPads | Grades K-2
  • 1:1 Chromebooks | Grades 3-8
  • Schoolwide Google Workplace for Education
  • Document Cameras and Projection Systems | All Classrooms
  • Mobile LCD TVs
  • Weekly Technology Focused Class | Grades 5-8
  • Annual iRun Fundraising Event for Technology
  • Full-Time IT Support
