ENROLLMENT

An emergency information card is required to be on file. A copy of this card is available online in Forms. It is mandatory that this card be kept up-to-date and that the Extended Day program is notified in writing of any changes to your emergency contact information. Click Here for the St. Anselm Extended Day Code of Conduct. This needs to be signed and turned in.

Example: a 5:45 pick-up late charge would be $45.00. This fee will be added to your monthly bill. If you know you are going to be late, please phone 454-8667 ext. 15.

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL ATTENDANCE

Children who are dropped off before 7:50 a.m. and those still remaining on the school grounds after 3:25 p.m. will be sent to Extended Day. There will be a charge for the time they are in Extended Day.

SIGN-IN / SIGN-OUT SHEET

A daily sign-in/sign-out sheet is used to record a student’s hourly attendance. It is your responsibility to sign your child out on this sheet. Extended Day staff will not be responsible for an incomplete sign-out time. A blank time space will automatically be billed to 5:30. If someone other than the parent is picking up, be sure that notification either by written note or email has been given to the Extended Day Director. This includes play dates, or changes due to sports, etc. If an individual not known to the Extended Day staff is picking up your child, driver’s license identification must be presented. Please note, your designated pick-up person must be an adult.

LUNCH AND SNACK

One snack is served during the day at 3:00pm on minimum days and 3:45 on regular dismissals for all children in attendance. If your child has special dietary needs (gluten free, nut/food allergy, etc.), please notify the Director.

When children are staying for lunch, please provide a lunch.

Extended Day is a nut free zone. When preparing food for your child attending Extended Day, please check labels and do not include any items containing nuts.

HOMEWORK

Homework time is provided Monday through Thursday. Computers and printer are available as well as supervision and help.
